Allied Gardens (Benjamin Chapter) Friends of the Library

The Fall Book Sale will be held on Saturday, October 31st from 9:30 until 1:30 at the library. There are many gently-used books from which to make your selection. There may even be treats but definitely not tricks

Members are also preparing for the San Diego Friends 13th annual student writing for literacy Essay Contest. This contest is open to all public and non-public school students in grades 4, 8. and 10 who are attending a school served by the San Diego Public Library system, You can check with the teacher or the librarian at Benjamin Branch Library for details on how to enter the contest.
